All Kinds of Love

You Are Welcome Here

All Kinds of Love ❋ You Are Welcome Here ❋

Lately, connection feels inaccessible.

You’re going through the motions at home, but underneath the surface, you’re feeling alone and disconnected.

You find yourself struggling to share your needs, and you’re worried about it leading to conflict or abandonment.

You might even try to have hard conversations with a partner, and you find yourself getting stuck in circular conversations that don’t go anywhere and leave you both feeling frustrated and exhausted.

You may have discussed opening up your relationship, and are feeling a lot of fears and jealousy coming up.

It doesn’t have to be this way.

Therapy can help you reconnect with yourself, and create safety and exploration for what you need.

Hi, there. I’m Lea (she/her).

[pronounced: LAY-uh]

I specialize in helping individuals and couples of all identities struggling with relationship issues, particularly communication and intimacy challenges, to stop the cycle of disconnect and stuckness and cultivate fulfilling and authentic relationships. My goal is that through our work together, you would not only feel comfortable and seen in our sessions, but also feel empowered to explore and embrace those parts of you that are absolutely worthy of love and connection.

We live in a society where we are constantly being told what is okay and isn’t. I will help you make sense of what works for you and your relationship, tune out all the noise and the shoulds, and embrace the parts of your identity that you’ve been told are not acceptable.

    Trauma & Identity Therapy

You’re always tracking your relationships. Even when nothing is “wrong,” your body feels tense, you have a hard time believing everything is okay. You analyze and overthink your interactions. You worry you’re the problem. Therapy can help identify the parts of you that come forward to protect you, and learn to sit with the emotions that come up so you can show up authentically.

    Sex & Relationship Therapy

You struggle to communicate your needs, feel sexually connected to your partner, or have vulnerable conversations about hurts that continue to come up. Therapy offers a space to explore each partner’s role in these dynamics , identify the negative cycle, and build healthier patterns together as a team.

    Non-Monogamous Relationships

You and your partner may have decided to open up your relationship and see other people. You’re understandably nervous and want guidance and support. Therapy can be a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your unique identities and needs, and help you navigate jealousy and insecurities coming to the surface.

You might be wondering…
“Can couples therapy really help? Or will we just stay stuck?”

You’re not alone in asking that. It only makes sense that you’re eager for change, and looking for long-term healing and growth. Even if we get into some painful things in our sessions, the goal is to develop new strategies and create a safe space within from which you can thrive, feel whole and ask for what you need in your relationships.

It’s not just about rehashing things. We work with the emotions underneath; the ones that keep you stuck, in a loop, and in old roles that no longer fit.

Once emotions are healed and integrated, it’s not just that you are able understand what’s happening. Things start to feel different, too.
